JOE FRESH
Having worked with Loblaws and JOE FRESH for years it was great to have the opportunity to do a complete refresh of their grocery program through 2014 and early 2015. The process included an extensive audit of the existing stores and their competitors. Addressing key strong and weak points, and designing solutions that would improve everything from in-store operations, to merchandising options and customer experience. A full scale prototype was constructed in a warehouse for review and testing and the completed program was rolled out across Canada in 2015.
