HERTZ GLOBAL

This project started out as a way-finding exercise and eventually grew into working as a Design Director with an excellent team at Rodmell and Co. to do a complete redesign of all Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty locations including the interior and exterior customer service areas, the lots and signage, upgrade zones, and virtually all other customer touch points. This required looking at the customer journey from arrival through to return and designing a consistent, on-brand experience. After the project wrapped up a new smaller scale adapted program was developed for International markets for use outside of North America. These programs are being rolled-out globally starting in 2018.
